Developer platforms
At Microsoft, I build developer platforms for a large JavaScript monorepo. My work spans test infrastructure, dependency-aware builds, AI-assisted development, and CI reliability reporting backed by Kusto.
- Test infrastructure. I led a 15-package Jest-to-Vitest pilot within a 4,000+ package monorepo, with approximately 4x faster test execution and compatibility checks before wider adoption.
- Build feedback. Moving post-build work into a dependency-aware graph reduced average PR build time by approximately 8.3% against a 30-minute reference build.
- AI-assisted versioning. I owned the design, implementation, testing, and validation of semver suggestions that delivered feedback in about one minute and reduced P90 PR build time by approximately 6.7% against a 30-minute reference build. My public static-analysis experiment explores a separate approach to the same class of problem.
- Focused tools. I reduced a developer MCP server's catalog from 38 tools to 15 and its serialized tool-schema size by 62%, replacing redundant integrations with native CLI workflows.
